Time for a Wedding
Tomorrow one of our own girls is getting married and today the women of BGCH all came together to shower her with blessings, love, and prayers for her new life with her husband. At BGCH, many of our girls do not have a father or family who can find a husband for them. Arranged marriage is still a very predominant practice in the rural areas of this country. Without someone to find a spouse for them, the girls would be unable to marry, which would also mean that their ability to be taken care of and provided for beyond BGCH is much more difficult and daunting. Therefore, our director is often involved with finding suitable men of faith for the young women who are ready for that decision.
