Ephesians 3:20 says, "Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever, Amen." This sums up the emotions and feelings that overcame us as the first annual "Night of Praise and Hope" held in Russellville, AR came to a close. God brought more people than we could have hoped for and provided more through the gifts of his people than we could have asked. Not only was the food wonderful and the fellowship sweet, but the testimonies of both Kristin and Brad brought a truly intimate, yet challenging feel to this night that was spent focusing on the needs of children and widows who need our help. Thank you to all of those who allowed our Father to work his Power through them in order to help make this night the blessing that it was. By the end of the night, your efforts helped us to raise over $20,000 for the boys and girls of BGCH! Thank you!

Time to start thinking about what God may have planned for you this summer. We would love to have you join us this July when we travel to visit the children and widows of BGCH. This trip is scheduled for July 11-21 and the cost of the trip, which includes food, lodging and travel from Newark, NJ to BGCH, is $2,000. This amount could vary slightly depending on the ticket prices at the time they are purchased. The payment deadline is June 11th.

What an unbelievable opportunity to see firsthand how your gifts are changing the lives of widows and children in India. It will be a trip you will never forget! Please pray about this opportunity and whether God has something big in store for you this summer in India. We would love to see you there!

Many of the children are visiting family or home villages right now as they are on summer break from school. Please pray for the children that they will be able to influence those they come in contact with for the Lord. Most of the children head back to homes that are broken and without Jesus. It can be a very difficult transition for them. Please remember to lift them up during this time. We are looking forward to having them all back in July for the start of the new year.

This June and July, Brad, Sarah and their three children wil once again be travelling to the east coast to visit various churches and donors who support Boys and Girls Christian Home. Brad considers it a privilege to be able to have a few minutes in each church that we visit to share what God has done and is continuing to do through the work of BGCH. If you are interested in having us visit your church to share about BGCH, or if you would like to host a home visit, please feel free to let us know. We have loved to have gotten to meet many of our faithful supporters over the past few summers and we look forward to seeing many of you again soon. Please pray for Brad as he continues to work out the details of the summer and also that God will lead us directly where he wants us to go.
